Returns and Exchange Policy


At Lenseque, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges and refunds under specific conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The lenses must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging.

  • Once the packaging is opened, exchanges will not be accepted.

  • If you wish to exchange due to a change of mind, the product must meet the conditions mentioned above, and the request must be made within 7 days. The returned product must be sent back at the customer’s expense, and any additional charges for the replacement will also be borne by the customer.

If you receive the wrong product, an expired item, or a lens that does not match your selected product, we will gladly resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

Our products are typically great; however, we provide a 100% refund if there are any defects.

To request a refund:

  1. Snap a picture of the defective item.

  2. Email it to [email protected]

  3. Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund through your original payment method.
