Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns; however, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The lenses must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
- Once the packaging is opened, exchanges will not be accepted.
Due to a change of mind, the product must meet the conditions mentioned above, and the request must be made within 7 days. Please note, the returned product must be sent back at the customer's expense, and any additional charges for the replacement will also be borne by the customer.
If you receive a wrong product, an expired item, or a lens that does not match your selected product, we will gladly resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
