Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns; however, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The lenses must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
• Once the packaging is opened, exchanges will not be accepted.

Due to a change of mind, the product must meet the conditions mentioned above, and the request must be made within 7 days. Please note, the returned product must be sent back at the customer's expense, and any additional charges for the replacement will also be borne by the customer.

If you receive a wrong product, an expired item, or a lens that does not match your selected product, we will gladly resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

• After opening your lenses, always store them safely in a lens container filled with fresh solution.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses to maintain cleanliness.
• Never share your lenses with others to prevent infections and make sure proper hygiene.
• For your safety and comfort, wear lenses for 6 to 8 hours only and avoid extended wear to reduce the risk of infections.
• Do not wear lenses while showering or sleeping to avoid potential damage or contamination.
• Avoid touching or handling lenses with sharp nails, as this can cause them to break or become damaged.

By following these simple guidelines, you’ll ensure your lenses stay in great condition and provide optimal comfort and safety.
