Returns and Exchange Policy
At Lenseque, we value customer satisfaction. While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges and refunds under certain conditions.
Exchanges
- Available within 7 days of delivery.
- Lenses must be unopened and sealed.
- Customers cover return and replacement shipping costs.
- Wrong, expired, or incorrect products will be exchanged at no extra charge.
Refunds
- 100% refund for defective products.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
