Return & Refund Policy

At Lenseque, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges and refunds under specific conditions to ensure you always have a smooth shopping experience.


Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

- Lenses must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
- Opened or used lenses are not eligible for exchange.
- For exchanges due to a change of mind, customers must cover the return shipping and any price difference or additional shipping charges for the new product.

If you receive:
- The wrong product
- An expired item
- A lens that doesn’t match what you ordered

We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost to you.


Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you happen to receive a defective item, you’re eligible for a 100% refund.

Here’s how to request a refund:
1. Take a clear photo of the defective product.
2. Email it to info@lenseque.com.
3. Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.


Important Notes

No returns or refunds will be processed if care instructions aren’t followed.
All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
